As part of a global initiative from Pernod Ricard Australia, Cav Con hosted the Australian leg of the Beefeater 24 final, where 12 of the country's best bartender’s battled it out for the top title.

In a competition set to be bigger and better than ever, media and industry on-lookers gathered at Sydney's The Barbershop as each competitor presented two cocktails to a panel of expert judges before Jason Williams of The Rook Sydney was awarded the regional title and later the global prize.
